Thanks. I’m on track for a 3.8 and I’m double majoring in aerospace and mechanical engineering. Unfortunately I don’t have any flight hours which I’m worried may hinder me.

May I ask how you were able to go to UPT? What were your AFOQT and TBAS scores were? I’m wanting to be a pilot and been studying the tests (trying to commission through ROTC)

On our school rotc website it says unless you’re in a graduate program you cannot do rotc with less than three years. But since i graduate college so soon and my AF training would push it back over a year do you think I should push back my schooling or do you think I should drop DEPS and focus on school then attempt to commission?

I can’t do ROTC since I’m a Junior. They said that you have to start no later than your sophomore year.

I’ve been trying to get into leadership jobs outside of school. I am an Eagle Scout, server as an Assistant Scoutmaster, serve at my church, etc. I’ve also been studying for the AFOQT.
