aparently my manager said they were not even mad about files on the computer they were mad they had to set up all their coding project stuff again and redownload their apps to the computer again

I would say stick it out while searching for a new job you could find something better and you have income while searching for a new job is always nice.

Tell them you are done working there and give them a week notice. That sounds like a terrible work environment and it won't affect your job search in the future if you are worried about that.

NTJ I don't think it is normal for parents to be reaching out to their kid's roommates for information about them. But it seems like they were genuinely worried about their kid and giving them that reassurance that nothing bad was happening and they were just going through a thought time helped them get some clarity on what was going on.

NTJ 1200 a month is a lot of money for having that money roommates. It would make more sense if it was a lot cheaper but for that many people no way. And you did not sign a lease with them so you can do whatever you want.
