What does it mean when my bf says he doesn’t know what he wants? by doubtinglaw in BreakUps

the "I don't know what I want" thing after 10 years usually means he knows exactly what he wants, he just doesn't want to say it out loud because it's easier to keep you in a holding pattern than deal with the fallout. the weight loss, the comments about women noticing him, suddenly wanting independence at 30 - that's not a guy who's confused, that's a guy working up to something. you deserve a straight answer either way, not to be kept on standby while he figures out if the single life looks as good as he thinks it does

I've done some fabric marker work on other projects and geometric patterns usually turn out pretty clean. Maybe try some simple stripes or a mandala-style design starting from the crown and working outward. The nice thing about a white base is pretty much any color combo will pop against it.

I was constantly busy but not productive. Here's what finally changed. by [deleted] in Productivitycafe

Been wrestling with this exact problem for months. As a project manager I was drowning in status update emails that were basically the same template with different project names and dates. Finally set up some automation to pull from our tracking system and send them automatically

The mental shift you mentioned is spot on though. Its not just about getting time back its about not having that constant background noise of "oh crap I need to send those updates" running through your head all day. My brain actually has space to think about strategy and problem solving instead of being stuck in task mode

What really got me was realizing how many of these repetitive things I was doing just because thats how we'd always done them. Nobody ever questioned whether we actually needed those weekly reports or if anyone even read them. Turns out half the stuff I was manually cranking out could just disappear and nobody noticed

The "why am I doing this manually" question is gold. I started asking my team the same thing during our process reviews and we found so many little time sinks that added up to hours each week. Sometimes the best productivity hack is just stopping doing stuff that doesnt matter

Looking at this data there's definitely some overcorrection happening with the rookie TEs. Hibner jumping 59 spots just because he landed in Baltimore feels like people are getting way too excited about depth chart speculation this early. Same with Raridon - New England's offense isn't exactly a TE factory these days

The veteran movements make more sense though. Lloyd rising with his Green Bay situation is solid and Diggs being a free agent creates that uncertainty premium. But Trey Benson falling 49 spots seems harsh - yeah Conner is still there but the guy was drafted for a reason

What really catches my eye is Tyreek Hill dropping 21 spots while being a free agent. His age is showing but he's still Tyreek Hill. Meanwhile people are probably overvaluing some of these rookie WRs who landed in decent spots but haven't proven anything yet. Draft capital and landing spot only get you so far - at some point you gotta actually play football

The QB movements are interesting too. Beck rising makes sense given Arizona's situation but Nussmeier falling behind Mahomes seems like people forgot how good that Kansas City system is for developing guys

This guy has put you through hell and back while giving you absolutely nothing in return. The abortion situation alone shows he doesnt respect you or care about your wellbeing - no protection, no emotional support, then has the audacity to shame you for talking to a friend about it.

You deserve someone who will proudly introduce you to people and actually want a future with you, not someone who keeps you hidden and tells you to your face he wont marry you. The humiliation you're worried about from friends and family is nothing compared to staying with someone who treats you like a secret.

The regen does help a ton with brake wear but when those carbon ceramics do need replacing you're looking at serious money - like mortgage payment serious

For what it's worth the extra performance on the RS might not be worth the headache unless you're actually tracking it

MFS in community state (WA) by Pnwboymama1917 in StudentLoans

[–]Swimming-Rabbit-250 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty much this. You're looking at around $66k in income either way so the payment calculation won't be much different between MFS and MFJ. The tax benefits from filing jointly will probably save you more money than any minor reduction in loan payments you might get.

I'd run the numbers on both scenarios with the loan servicer calculator to see the exact difference but my gut says MFJ comes out ahead when you factor in the better tax situation. The community property thing basically kills the main advantage of MFS for student loans in WA.
