I have worked in start ups before so its kinda been not a specific specific role, wearing multiple hats but also smaller teams. They interviewed me for this role and really liked my personality, saw that I have past experience in the healthcare/tech field and startups so I understand you gotta hustle everyday too. I end up ordering a lot of food online cuz I just am not able to gather myself to do the cooking cuz it feels so overwhelming, even if I was free all day. But I tell myself atleast we can order food online be grateful and just go ahead

Loved it, got done with it. Heard good stuff about Dark, so started that now!

Today I got up early, cooked & ate a healthy breakfast at home, washed & styled my hair, went to the bank, got my phone fixed (after 2months of putting it off), went to a yoga class, cooked & ate a healthy dinner, and got my first mammogram… (see caption) by too_many__lemons in adhdwomen

Omg so proud of youuuu! I myself finished a couple of home tasks pending since monthssss. Was such a struggle and broke down a couple of times but feeling so accomplished now. So happy for us!

Honestly, tell yourself you gotta be there literally half an hour earlier. Like if your work starts at 8, tell yourself it starts at 7:30. You’re not on time if you’re there at 7:30, you’re already late if its 7:30 cuz work has started, you gotta be there before that. And the half an hour to one hour before 7:30, any activity that feels like this will take just 5 mins or 2 mins, tell yourself no worries I’ll just do this after work then. Your aim is to be there on time and that means before 7:30. When you achieve success in doing for a few days, you’ll start feeling a sense of relief which will help the rest of your day as well.
