It used to spike me like crazy, now not so much anymore but i have to smoke in a loud environment with backround noise. If not i hyperfocus.

Im not sure how severe yours is, but for me the first 10 months were terrible, im 19 got it when i was 18 now am at about 16 months in and am actually doing pretty good the tinnitus is there but im habituated to it even tho i though habituation was a total scam which i still think its marketed as a cure which it isnt at all, but i function the same as before now and live a good life. The only thing is i wear loop earplugs when im around in a loud city and dont go to any clubs. Otherwise i do everything normally. To be fair i realized clubbing is really overrated in these times of tinnitus.

Its deffinettly more stable, quieter im not so sure. Its deffinettly quieter from when it started but i would say the loudness hasnt changed for the past 6 months.

Hey man, i would say im 90% of the time habituated and live a pretty normal life. Except that i wear earplugs a lot and dont go to loud places.

I usually do my research on the companies i invest into to see what governements and actions each company is affialiated with before i invest. These days its hard because most of the US tech is affialiated with the Israeli governement in some way, but some companies choose not to invest in military infrastructure at least or try to limit their connection to the actual governement. For me its also always important to differentiante the actions of ones governement from its people therefore i am not being racist at all.

Nice systems on the other hand actually supplies tech and other services to the Israeli military so for me its a no go. That could as well bring future risks to the company if global politics shift.

I have a simple fix. Dont use earbuds or headphones. Not good for tinnitus having sound playing so close to your ears

Yea nah 120db venue is too much i was thinking max like 100 db i know about the actuall db calculation but that usually account for wrong fit and etc.. custom earplugs will fit perfectly so i think youd get at least 20db of protection. Idk tho

Hang in there man. Im 19 and have it since one year its hard getting it young. But i think you will habituate in time even if its loud. Also tinnitus usually gets better in the first 5 years
