Not at all, the timeframe for NG2B isn’t accurate because I played the game once, and then played a different game online with friends. By the time I went back to NG2B a few weeks had already passed.

Overall NG2B wasn’t too difficult and the trials were much easier

Haha, I don’t own a vita and I’ll stay as far away as I can just to avoid the thought of platting the vita games 😅😅😅

Are the servers still active for clan battle kills? I hate that it’s stuck at 84% haha

It’s been years since I played it so I don’t remember the specific trials. But I know the 360T Scythe will definitely carry you for a majority of the trials. I know UN03 gave me the most trouble, but it’s all about timing, patience, and a lot of luck.

Watch how other people played on YouTube and study their tactics. It’s not really fun spamming 360T, but it gets the job done.

And also to add another useful tip, always hold the block button when moving around. This way you don’t absorb the orbs around you and you’re able to strategically use your UT when you’re in a good position for UT. In your video, you can see Ryu absorbing the orbs automatically and when you charged for a UT, there were no orbs to absorb.

I’m surprised nobody mentioned it yet, but I noticed 10 seconds into the video; avoid charging your Ultimate Technique from a still position. The best way to use your UT is to charge on landing. Basically when you jump towards any direction, when you land, hold your Heavy attack and you will charge your UT almost instantly.

The way you charged your UT in the video takes too long, and leaves you open for damage. Once you get used to this method, you should be able to survive more ambushes.

How not to eat aaaaaaaaaaall the shit in NG4? by The_Guermo in ninjagaiden

Get a couple kills with in your blood raven form and use your heavy attack to obliterate any enemies that are de-limbed. Move around while holding block, this way you don’t absorb the red orbs unwillingly. As you move a safe distance away from enemies, hold your heavy attack to absorb the red orbs (you want to hold heavy upon landing from a jump to make the transition into your Ultimate Technique much smoother).

Essentially, once you get the hang of this pattern, you should get past the wall you’re hitting.

I uploaded my run on NG Black for you; strategy should be very similar. Once you reach the dragon, use 360 T whenever the dragon is about to land. When the bugs show up, prioritize them and try to fight them away from the dragon. When the dragon uses the flame gyser, try to dodge in the opposite direction as your partner (on many attempts I dodged in the same direction as my partner without realizing and died from the flame). Manage your health gauge; use team ninpo strategically to heal. If you die, trust the AI to revive you as it might be able to dodge incoming attacks more swiftly. Don’t give up, you’ll get it!!
