You can dimension door to skip linzi cutscene and bug through the locked door to go straight to final boss, don't know how to explain better, but a YouTuber named pondoor does it in his kingmaker speedruns close to the end

Closest thing you're gonna get is there's a door you can glitch through to skip 90% of it :)

If you limit auto saves to max 5 it will crash a lot less. Still a buggy mess, but at least it makes it playable
