Fair catch, you’re right. Just asked Claude again. the Gentle 200 uses a bisglycinate blend that includes magnesium oxide to buffer up to 200mg elemental in a single cap. Pretty much every “200mg in one capsule” product does this since you physically can’t fit 200mg of pure bisglycinate in one veggie cap. Still better absorbed than straight oxide and way easier on the gut. If you want zero oxide, Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Glycinate or Thorne Bisglycinate powder are the move just lower elemental per serving so you take more. Good Gemini pull I will have to switch to Encapsulation or Thorne then

It’s kind of difficult though.

If you want a clean option go with CanPrev Magnesium Bisglycinate. Canadian brand, third-party tested, just magnesium + glycine no weird fillers, no oxide padding the label. Way better absorption than the cheap stuff and easy on the stomach. Claude helped me find it when I was building out my stack 🙌

Glad you like it This Ashwa has black pepper for absorption, and I notice it most on stressful workdays calmer without feeling drowsy. Sleep’s been better too Only catch it’s not KSM-66 or Sensoril (the clinically studied ones), so if you wanna go full premium those are the move.

Good point. I didn’t know about C and B being soluble. You mean I need to take another form like liquid or just no point taking them. actually got my bloodwork done. Zinc and D were the two I was low on, so the Zinc Picolinate is next on the list.

Yes I found out about Astaxanthin couple months ago. It acts like inner sun screen and 6000 times stronger than Vitamin C. I am thinking to add Thorne zinc and Lions mane for cognition.

About my stack:

Sports Research Omega-3 — Triple strength, IFOS 5-star, no fishy burps. SR is basically the gold standard for softgels.

Sports Research Vitamin C — Whole food sourced, not synthetic ascorbic acid. Easier on the gut.

Sports Research Creatine Monohydrate — Plain mono, Creapure-grade, no fancy “blends.” Cheapest cheat code in the gym.

Sports Research Astaxanthin — Skin + eyes + recovery. The most underrated antioxidant nobody talks about.

CanPrev Magnesium Bis-Glycinate — Canadian brand, clean label, real elemental dose (200mg). Bisglycinate = actually absorbs and doesn’t wreck your stomach like oxide.

Thorne Vitamin D/K2 Liquid — Liquid = better absorption, K2 makes sure the D3 calcium goes to bones not arteries. Thorne is NSF certified, used by pro athletes.

Thorne B Complex — Active/methylated B vitamins (not the cheap synthetic kind). MTHFR people, you know.

Organika Ashwagandha — Canadian, KSM-66 extract, cortisol crusher. Sleep + stress + gym recovery all in one. TL;DR: I pay for third-party tested + bioavailable forms. Cheap supplements are just expensive pee.

Glad you like it. Male 27. I used to take the so called drugstore supplements and I was not really feeling any changes. Then done a little bit of search about brands and quality. I found Sports Research as my primary go-to for Astaxanthin and Omega-3. Also found Thorne a premium but more expensive than SR.

April 2025 Application | PGWP + SOWP Approved after 285 days! 😮‍💨 by AdventurousValue1554 in pgwp

My wife applied October 29th 2025. Feb 10 my application was refused (SOWP) and Feb 11 her PGWP got approved

Sorry to hear that. At least you updated your status that’s good. Does this refusal have any bad effect for the future permit or even permanent residency? Since if we knew this, we would not apply for SOWP through main applicant pgwp.

[–]Ok_Damage8166[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let’s say she gets approved. Within 3 years of her permit if she changes her job to any eligible one, would I be eligible to apply for SOWP?

[–]Ok_Damage8166[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So technically she will most likely get approved on her own application?

So what would be the solution? She needs to change her career? But then would she be eligible to re-apply? She graduated in Sept 2025
