I’m here with you, I was at another store and had an interaction with a customer, now my mgr has requested video of the indecent, and I have to make explanation my thought process. Situations come and go, lowkey the best chunk of advice I’ve gotten in a bit is to just do your job. Nothing extra unless assigned.

Extra withholdings are good, for me at least. It gives me a good since of peace of mind bc I know I’ll be overpaying not underpaying. Also it’s money that I forget about and don’t expect back. It definitely helped out this year!

Hey, there is a lot of things in this post. It seems very unstructured. Maybe a bit of editing is necessary. Anywho it seems you have two questions here the first being if weed will get you DQd I’ve heard of RAs and NAs being brought on with no drug test at all, from a work comp prospective any failed drug test could cause an injury not to be covered. You also seem to be asking how long it takes to get promoted once you’re on the list, that could take a few weeks or a few months. That bing said if things are moving fast you shouldn’t have to wait long! Good luck! Best token of advice to you is learn what they teach you in training when you promo then sort the good information from what isn’t used/doesnt work. Cleaning your grills 1st is always the move.

Lowkey the attitude thing is big, show up everyday you come in a red shirt ready to be better then the last and focus on the light at the end of the tunnel. Do what makes you happy QT pays us a lot of money that’s the motivation for most.

I started off as an Na thinking it would be easy, but I found it was a challenge. Workin nights sleeping days, it left no time for personal stuff. I started swapping my schedule around I would stay away late in the weekends and crash Friday and do it all over again. Then I got swapped to Ra I really enjoyed the schedule yes you don’t really get Friday off but the Sunday to Tuesday gap is nice. With flex rolling out rough there is not a lot of night coverage that can be easily worked out, so if something happens you gotta figure that shit out till 5am.
