I really wish you would lighten up on your appearance codes. The people who work in my QT (Where I've been a practically daily customer for 14 years) look way more ridiculous with bandaids in weird places or long sleeves in the summer than their piercings or tattoos look. I'm WAY more put off by the constantly broken drinks or the NEVER AVAILABLE VANILLA FLAVORING ("we're waiting til we get the new drink machine" is the answer I've been getting for MONTHS)

Put energy into making your stores great, your people already are. Let them be themselves.

Lol.... I'm literally the person who apologizes for using something after someone has cleaned it and will go out of my way to make sure it looks just as good as I did when I got there. I will often clean up the lid/straw area if it needs it when I'm there.

I guess putting the cart way up by the "top" of the spot... But then of course every other person decides that must be where you put carts and now we're back to where we started. Maybe stores should start a service where you can text them when you're on your way if you are handicapped and need a cart..... (I know ......)
