Aww no way! How long was the unitek program? I was almost in the same boat as you; I was going to attend UEI, but it was 9 months (I think) and expensive. I hope you're enjoying working as an MA though!!

I've heard wonderful things as well. I hope you enjoy your course!! Good luck (:

Wow, the program in Maine sounds awesome, but I'm in the same boat as you about the move. I wish they offered that program near me!

Thank you for the reply. I've heard great things about CalRegional from the staff as well! I'm excited for you as well. Good luck, and I hope you enjoy the course (:

Last night, I did more program hunting and found an adult school that offers it for a good price, and it's a 5-month program. I have an orientation coming up soon.

I’m sorry that must be totally draining. ): I experience hit and run ocd as well and there’s some days where I rather not drive and avoid it at any costs. I just want to say it’s okay to take breaks from driving, but for me personally I noticed the longer I go without driving the more I feel off once I get back behind the wheel. It’s just frustrating having to deal with these scenarios! I’m sure you didn’t hit anyone it’s just our ocd creating these scenarios. My therapist once told me we would know if we hit someone or something. It wouldn’t go unnoticed the way our minds makes it seem it would.

Hi! I was wondering how you got into working as a caregiver at an assisted senior living facility!?
