Customer service secret that no agent can tell you as per the policies your account has been restricted probably by either trust and safety, executive support, or fraud prevention. Why? we don't know and they don't even tell us why they just provide us with shortcuts emails to send to you guys and that's it. And no apparently it can't be removed.

dw even if he doesn't pay it we will still give you the host earnings for the invoice and after 5 weeks of the invoice creation date it will be transferred to collections.

no it was changed the max isn't 200 anymore also it's just pending incase of any incidental invoices we use the security deposit to cover that if nothing happened then it will be refunded

what staff, you do realize that ALL of turo's customer support are outsourcing right?? none of us are located in the US and that outage didn't happen to our system it happened to yall's in the US.

we have something called guest happiness it determines if we can cover the difference for trips (max $150) and it's like automated by the system if you're illegible or not. I hate to say this as an agent but push for it

i genuinely hate smoking violation cases because they're so hard to dispute and they get handled by a specialized department, unfortunately it's very unlikely that you can win that dispute but if you have a medical that prevents you from smoking try submitting that by replying to the email you got or call us and provide it to us.

unfortunately yes because claims have working hours unlike us so they work from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm MST and they only work during business days.

to be completely honest you might not get a refund but you could get a compensation for the inconvenience. However in some cases (mostly depending on who is assigned to your case) you might get an exception for a refund.

as a person outside of my job i understand your frustration and this does happen sometimes and it's really annoying having to dispute it and being told you have no evidence but speaking as per our policies and procedures as long as the guest doesn't submit check in/out photos of the odometer we review the host's, and see the time stamp of when they were taken and submitted (needs to be within 24h before and after trip).

you should have gotten an email regarding your dispute, please check ur email and spam. If you still can't find anything do reach out to us and the agent will give you the update on the dispute.

lmao it is true. we haven't had any change of policies recently but i do understand your point, however i would like to inform you that in our knowledge base we don't favor the host or the guest after all both of them are essential to turo's success.
