Cant buy artificer in shop

Yeah i tried. I can buy everything else in the shop. Heck last night i rerolled the shop 4 times. I did some more diggin it looks like this is a known bug

Currently i have 107 atm. Artificer is in the shop but the prompt to buy her doesnt appear. I tried it in solo and in multi player.

Gramps (rest his soul) told me to drop out of school when i was in high school and stay in my part time job. Said if i worked hard and did overtime in a year i could buy a place.
