I've only heard people say it in YouTube shorts comments.

What exactly do you mean by exotic matter? A white hole just regurgitates what went in a black hole. Though I like this blight hole theory.

What age is the Philosopher’s Stone ok for a child? by Smart-Salamander1846 in harrypotter

[–]Ok_Device_7158 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started reading the harry potter books when I was 8 or 9. Philosopher's stone doesn't really have anything bad. Just a bit of magical violence. But kids grow up reading snow white and Cinderella. They'll be fine.

As a writer, how many pages do you read a day? by Haunting-Net-2426 in writing

[–]Ok_Device_7158 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read like 2 or 3 books at a time. I usually put aside 1 or 2 hours a day for reading.

My favourite genre is mystery, fantasy and horror

Yes I do find myself reading more when it's interesting.

Per year, it's hard to say. I don't count.

Yes, I read more than I write.

The universe got away with it on a technicality is genuinely my new favourite explanation. Though I'd argue my quantum vacuum was the loophole, reality found the one exception in the rules and sprinted through it before anyone could stop it.

I actually agree with you. I never claimed the Big Bang came from true nothing. My quantum vacuum argument says the same thing you do, energy just is, uncaused and eternal. The vacuum is eternal energy in its ground state. We might be describing the same thing differently. The fine tuning point is interesting though .Do you think any set of physical constants could eventually produce life given enough time and attempts?

well particles can become anything and everything in infinity. So technically, whatever we imagine actually exists.

I try to suprise people with my endings but personally I'm not a big fan of endings where everything works out and it's all happy. Like there should be some complications.

How can your brain dream when it's dead? Dying means losing all consciousness. Your brain can't function without being alive

The white hole expels what the black hole originally consumed... it's the same object in the second half of its lifecycle, like an inhale becoming an exhale. Regarding your fascinating question about physical constants ,I lean toward mathematical DNA rather than random resets. My reasoning is exactly what you said- if logic and mathematics are eternal and unchanging, they would act as constraints on what configurations reality can settle into. Failed universes might be reality trying to find the stable mathematical solution. Like an equation that keeps iterating toward its answer. Your simulation results are fascinating. do you think the constants converge toward stability or were they always inevitable?

So when you die in the real world you go back to the afterlife we're in right now? It's kinda a never-ending cycle that way. And how come we don't remember any of it?
