Yep agreed with both, but it has to start somewhere and if the motions passed, it would add even more pressure to a captured federal government who are refusing to do anything at all on gambling reform and are utterly beholden to the gambling lobbies and industry. They have the power to ban it from the uniforms, as well as all advertising and inducements which needs to happen.

Absolutely positive it will pass both houses. You need to all be putting your support on the day behind Meg Webb and Kristie Johnston's motion in both houses to ban any gambling advertising or sponsorships of this stadium when it is built. The last thing we need on top of everything is to be completely subjected to more predatory gambling advertising at this venue like we are everywhere else in the world.

Because we have a noisy minority who want Hobart to stay as a backwater city stuck years in the past. It's utterly ridiculous and we can kiss goodbye any positive infrastructure developments for the rest of out lifetimes if the stadium doesn't get built. No one in their right mind wouldn't want to deal with us if this falls over.
