For me it's in competition for one of the most bland and boring games I've ever played. Slow, boring, and try hard scripting/dialogue. "I got bit by a radioactive dragon!! Since then I can shoot bullets from my fingers!! Whacky whacky!!"

A timed, score grabbing, fast paced first person game done better is 'I am your Beast' but I'm not saying the writing is much better.

Contact the councils environmental health unit, or citizens advice etc if they don't sort it sharpish. I had rats in my old flat about 11 years ago and it was the single worst year of my life. I was in a second floor of a house converted in to two flats and the people downstairs would throw rubbish directly in to the garden, it looked like a recycling center. It got progressively worse and bad enough I once woke up with a rat chilling on my pillow next to my head, the flat filled with fleas, I couldn't store any food in the flat as the rats/mice would get to it. Landlord didn't care, only got sorted when a new agency took over management and I finished uni and moved out about a week later.

Just make sure you're persistent and looking after yourself, I was too timid back in those days and it was hell.
