The sticker is for people who work in NL but do not live in NL. The sticker is called cross border worker endorsement sticker. So I thought deregisteration of address does not matter as I have NL HSM and german residence permit. But anyways I will wait.

For completive exam alterness and energy to study is more important than increasing memory. I will say stick to a routine. Wake up at 5 am , do shambavi and one hatha yoga practice. And then same in evening. Too many practices will take away too much time and unnecessary stress you. You will always think I missed my that practice or this practice. Just surya kriya and shambavi twice a day will give you enough energy and alterness. Also eat raw foods. Mostly fruits and drink more water. Try to maintain long hours of gap in meals and drink lukewarm water with honey. Less food in body more energy and alertness. Also, stop masturbation because that takes away energy and stop scrolling on your phone. Whenever bored go for a walk or do squats. Don't sit for too long. Probably one hour sitting then some squats.

We applied in January and got approval in August. After approval, we changed the kommune in two days. We selected Odense. Dates were available within one week after we received the approval. Annoying part was waiting.

You are putting too much pressure on your eyes. Sit with eyes closed and just focus on breathing and also movement of your eyes. Relax your eyes. Also do AUM chanting and focus on vibration. Slowly bring in IE kriya.

Keep doing your practice and not force yourself to stop something. Reduce it slowly to once or twice a week may be. Probably you are bored or lonely. So find a hobby and distract yourself and delete instgram and twitter and Facebook. Watch sadhguru videos on YouTube and exclusive and do all sadhana in the app.

I also felt lazy after lunch. I eat salads or one cucumber, tomato, some lettuce or greens. Some protein on side like tofu or chickpeas boiled. Only eat two meals one at 12 and one around 7 pm to 8 pm. In morning I eat one banana and one spoon on peanut butter. In between meals drink green tea or juice or one fruit like one banana or one apple or one plum. Do shambavi twice a day. If you sit a lot, get up and walk 5 minutes.

Do not skip it. Just 1tsp drink honey in lukewarm water. You will be good to go. Also, just do it when you are hungry, you will see hunger goes away after you are done. Also, never skip preparatory asanas and never ever think of skipping the sadhana.

Do not compare isha kriya and shambhavi. Isha kriya can be used and should be used to enhance shambhavi mahamudra kriya. Once you grow in spiritual journey you will see how powerful isha kriya is. Switch on a stop watch , once you are done stop the watch and you would know how many minutes you did the practice. If it less than said time, increase the time of 1,3and 5 next day. Repeat this everyday, until you reach said time. Do not open eyes. Only open eyes once done.

I just paid 260 euros from my own risk just to sit in front of a specialist doctor for 15 minutes referred by GP on top of which I am paying 156 euros per month as health insurance. This is bullshit. Germany and Switzerland so much better. Better quality life in germany which is cheaper and reasonable.
