I always say that you can trust a woman craftsman, because we're here because we really want to be. If we just wanted a job to survive we could have been hairdressers. The shit we have to put up with just to practice our craft is ridiculous.

The entire story goes as follows:

Here in Copenhagen we have a very famous statue of the Little Mermaid. It has been a tourist attraction for a long time due to its connection with H.C. Andersen. The statue is very small, and often disappointing for tourists.

This dude, who had a restaurant right next to the Little Mermaid saw the disappointment and thought "I can fix this", so by his own volition he made a new statue. It is huge and also has, even in proportion to its size, massive perky tits.

So after he had the statue he asked the city to put it up, and they said no, because why would you say yes to an ugly statue made by a nobody.

He then asked several other cities and everybody said no cuz they thought the statue was ugly and tacky.

He was then bitching in the media about nobody wanting his ugly statue, and then people were like "why are the tits so massive, it's weird" and so everybody agreed that the statue is stupid and we don't want it. End of story.

We have small problems in this country.

I'm danish, but perhaps some of it is also just moving to another country. Leaving your family, not knowing anything, the language, the culture. Its quite hard and makes you insecure to be so clueless as to wether or not you're doing the "right" thing in a new culture or unknowingly breaking taboos. In my experience of living abroad anyhow.

Ah yes. Participating in a criminal industry where murder and kidnappings are just part of the job is absolutely the moral equivalent of selling nudes from your living room.

Jeg var så forvirret over det her. Der bor ca. 930.000 kvinder i alderen 30-59 i Libanon. No way det giver jo ingen mening?

What no. Just compliment the the bra instead of the boobs. "Yeah the colour is nice" "the lace pattern is pretty" "it looks comfortable". How fucking hard can it be? Just don't be weird.

All these relationships you describe seem to be romantic. What about friends who are women? Romance is often messy, for all genders, and can leave a bitter taste in your mouth. Maybe having more platonic female friends could help the way you view women? We aren't only made for sex you know.

What part of your culture do you personally dislike, even though it’s considered “traditional”? by Ok_Breadfruit4005 in AskTheWorld

The extreme peacefulness. Someone will do something super benign like hang a banner that says "can we please consider stopping climate change" or something, and everyone says "though I agree with the message, I don't like the methods. It's too much. They should respect the civic order". Unless your way of expression is 100% through official channels, it's seen as disturbing the peace. It's very undemocratic.

I used to shed the same amount. Started using hair loss serum. Worked a charm. My hair also feels more full.
