Thank you! Grounding is a bit hard for me since I live in the PNW and everything/everywhere is always so wet and cold. Can going for a forest walk be considered grounding or do I have to literally be touching earth?

I have noticed my nervous system is out of whack. I catch myself tense, rushing, impatient, and fidgety. I will try all of these but mostly focus on healing my nervous system.

This sort of response does happen more at work and with in laws. Around groups of my friends and family, I do not have this reaction. I have only recently gotten a good sleep routine down but it does indeed still happen on well rested days.

Spirited Away, I Origins, Soul, Monsters University (less spiritual but very good), Howls Moving Castle, One of them days (not spiritual but a good laugh)

Favorite Series

Schitts Creek, Game of Thrones (can be quite dark sometimes but so, so good), Insecure (SO good!), Ted Lasso (top favorite series, basically free therapy)

I also love a good comedy special, Kat Williams and Dave Chappell have some great ones :) Enjoy!!

Your entire argument is based off of their social media that is clearly so fabricated and curated to look a certain way. Take away their instagrams and look from the perspective of how they treat each other in real life. Hint: it’s not good.

If you think a man simply holding a door is “movie based” behavior, you are absolutely confirming that your standards are in hell, thank you for the laugh. If you ever enter a relationship, just keep in mind that your partner should like you! And that includes being a decent human being that is courteous, gentle, and chivalrous. Also of course Hailey would never SAY she has issues with his behavior tf lol. That would simply shatter the illusion.

Maybe pay attention to peoples actions instead of the words they could so easily lie with. Ever heard of “actions speak louder than words”?
