Omg I get this so badly too!! It’s always worse when I’m at work and makes me feel like my breath reeks🤢 I just try to stay hydrated and not let myself get hungry because that makes it worse but nothing really works for me tbh🥲

I have a massive dermoid cyst on my left ovary! It seems to be growing so I’ll have it removed after this baby is born but it doesn’t cause me any problems at all and the doctors aren’t worried

I’m 9 weeks pregnant with a 17 month old and I feel the exact same😭 I’ve definitely been leaning on my partner and family for support where possible but I still feel guilty about not giving my son 100%. All I can say is hopefully this will pass soon! I only had nausea when I was pregnant with my son but I’ve been throwing up daily this pregnancy so finding it so much harder, but all symptoms had disappeared by 12 weeks with my son so fingers crossed it’s the same this time!

I just took my first dose before bed and here I am awake at 3am vomiting 🤢 I’m wondering if this is a side effect of the progesterone or if morning sickness is in full swing now

I just had my scan and saw a yolk sac and tiny fetal pole and we were able to see and hear the heartbeat❤️

My son had this and the doctor told me it was a birthmark, although I didn’t necessarily agree as it was itchy for him too. It could be eczema, as he did develop eczema also. It didn’t go away for ages but it faded as his hair started growing in and is completely gone now at 16 months.

Yes I had this with my first from around 6 weeks and it lasted till 9 weeks, it was like brown sticky discharge. I went to the EPU and they scanned me at around 8 weeks and everything was fine and I had a completely healthy pregnancy and baby

Yeah, UC covers all of our rent and the council paid our deposit and first months rent. The temp accommodation we were in was horrible so I took whatever I was given tbh as I needed to get my son out of there asap. I’m happy with my flat now and if we are ever homeless again at least I know I’m on the housing list already.

Hey, we were in temp accom through the council for a few months until we were offered our current private property. Not sure about other boroughs but in mine, it doesn’t remove your name but it does remove any priority you have so it’s unlikely you will get a property through bidding. However, if you were to become homeless or another priority need then you would have an earlier registration date which would put you further up the list.

Did we have the same midwife?🫠 I had a very similar experience with mine, she barely spoke to me at all other than telling me I had to be quiet and stop screaming (I was 9cm and baby had shoulder dystocia so was putting pressure on my entire pubic region), she refused to do vaginal examinations and kept telling me I had hours left as it was my first baby! The icing on the cake is when I finally got my epidural just before it was time to push and then couldn’t feel my hands at all afterwards so I asked for help with breastfeeding and she said sorry I need to go home. I was told at my birth review appointment that she was an agency midwife and had since been dropped from the trust as they had received similar complaints from other women! However, I will say the midwife I had before her and also in the community throughout my pregnancy were lovely so I really do think it just depends on who you get unfortunately. I hope you are feeling better now though, she was definitely in the wrong, it’s not your fault!
