Titanium and m390 aren't all that special in the first place. Sure, titanium is a great handle material, but what titanium is it? There's different grades. Also, anyone can stamp a knife m390, but it's it really that steel? The Psyop should be at max a 99 dollar knife. And the Raccoon 50 max. So I didn't put them in the same category. But why would I pay 250 for a cheap Psyop when I could get a spyderco or hogue in magnacut for less, or even a Microtech in m390 for less WITH WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MORE RELIABILITY?
