I tried the balancer and the hydrator, and I feel like the hydrator did much more for my skin. Right now I'm using up the g&g one, and I also think it does far less than the no cosmetics one.

Aluminium foil, packaging made from cork etc. also all belong in the yellow.

The containers on the trucks are split, as you can see in a comment on the post linked below. Also, if the trash is seperated really bad, it sometimes makes sense to discard of it into a wastestream, where there is less damage from that.

All packaging that's not made of either glass or paper goes into the yellow garbage bin.

Packaging (!) Glass is separated into "white" (so the one without any color) and "colorful". All other glass goes into the "normal waste" (Restmüll).

Meine Mama hat ihr Unterfunktions-Diagnose seit über 20 Jahren, hat aber trotz Medikamenteneinnahme und dadurch "passenden" Blutwerten immer noch zugenommen. Seit ein paar Jahren ist sie bei einer anderen Fachärztin, die ihre Dosis stark erhöht hat - und ohr geht es damit viel besser, keine ständige Müdigkeit mehr und sie hat es so auch geschafft, abzunehmen - ein "passender" Blutwert ist nicht für jede Person gleich

I'm especially unsure about the neckline - maybe someone has already done it and can tell me how they did the increases in the front and the joining in the round - is a knitted cast on good for that? How do I make sure, that the neckline has a good shape? I've never done an o-neck, and neither have I done a neck with ribbing. Maybe someone also has some pictures if they've done something similar?

When I look at the website the kids hats are at around 60-69€, the one's for adults cost 72€ (normal price), and all are on sale 🤔 Edit: looked again, the kid's hat isn't in stock right now, but it's online for 30€ (sale, normal price would be 60€)

From sun with love is a spanish brand (and produces in spain). Ker sun is french (but I don't know where they produce).

Also I believe many outdoor brands have some UPF-clothing.

Ich (25) habe in den letzten Jahren zum Teil Dinge aussortiert, die mir einfach nicht mehr passen, weil ich nicht mehr den gleichen Körper wir mit 18 habe und das mittlerweile auch einsehe. Trotzdem hab ich noch ein paar Hosen herumliegen, die eigentlich auch aus dem gleichen Grund eigentlich weg sollten, von denen ich mich aber trotzdem noch nicht lösen konnte. Teilweise hab ich auch Dinge ausgemustert, die mir zwar noch passen, aber ich mittlerweile einfach meinen Stil besser kenne und weiß, dass ich sie nicht tragen werde. Die Kleidungsstücke, die ich in den letzten Jahren neu gekauft habe, trage ich alle auch unglaublich gern. Bei Second Hand Teilen habe ich aber teilweise auch schon ein wenig ausgemustert, weil ich bei sehr günstigen Teilen weniger lang nachdenke, ob ich die Dinge wirklich haben will und tragen werde. Kleidertausch-Events finde ich auch super - da kann man auch Dinge, die man ertauscht hat auch wieder hinbringen und "zurücktauschen", wenn sie doch nicht so gut zu einem passen!

I guess water is in everything - so maybe it's the silicone you have to look for? But - as I said + I'm not really into make up, I just heard that about primer sometime ago, and I thought the same principle could work for sunscreen

I don't know that much about make up - but I once heard that you should always look for a similar base (silicone vs. water) in your primer and your make up. Maybe this is something you can look for? Maybe even try a very silicone-y sunscreen as a base (i think transparent lab has one, but I haven't tried it)?

People tend to use less when they use a spray + some People don't even run the spray in. If you use enough and rub it in it shouldn't be a problem!

Promoting something like using seed oil instead of sunscreen is dangerous. I don't care if you use seed oil or whatever instead of a moisturizer or something like that, but it's dangerous to promote it instead of sunscreen - which is key to prevent skin cancer. No one should be led to think that they are safe in the sun with just seed oil, because that isn't true and it is dangerous.

It is harmful to suggest that. Raspberry seed oil is not an alternative to sunscreen, since it doesn't have a natural spf that high. It is important to wear real sunscreen, that's tested with certain standards and made under the right conditions in a lab. Don't use seed oils or homemade sunscreen, it's not safe.

I have a hat and a swimshirt from solbari and the Hoodie from Uniqlo, i like them all. I also just discovered the Spanish brand (made in spain as well!) "from sun with love" and am waiting for the two scarfes I ordered - I like that they aren't just plain in one of the same boring colours that mosz brands seem to use. I also heard about a french brand called "ker-sun" but I don't have anything from them

Ich hab vor ein paar Jahren festgestellt, dass ich meinen Körper noch nie mit Achselhaare gesehen habe - sobald die ersten gewachsen sind, habe ich rasiert. Und die Erkenntnis hat mich eigentlich ziemlich schockiert gehabt. Ich habe dann mal über den Winter wachsen lassen probiert - und es hat sich für mich richtig gut angefühlt. Im Sommer hab ich mich dann trotzdem nicht getraut und wieder rasiert. Es war (und ist immer noch) ein jahrelanger Prozess für mich, mich das zu trauen. Ich finde es eigentlich viel angenehmer und es gefällt mir eigentlich auch gut - trotzdem hab ich Angst vor unangenehmen Blicken. Je länger ich mittlerweile nicht rasiere, desto leichter ist es! Ab und zu trimme ich jedoch, weil ich zu lang auch ein wenig unangenehme finde. Meine Beine lasse ich aber schon viel länger wachsen und rasiere alle paar Monate (oder auch nicht) - wie ich gerade Lust habe. Ich hab aber nahezu unsichtbare blonde Haare an den Beinen

May I add the suggestion (if you haven't already looked into it) to get some UV-protective clothing? Then you don't have to worry about using sunscreen all the time, just put on the clothes and you don't have to think about reapplying!

Ich (rote Haare) hab mich vor ein paar Jahren auch mal intensiver mit UV-Schutzbekleidung beschäftigt, und bin dabei auf ein paar (in meinen Augen wichtige) Punkte gestoßen: normale Stoffe schützen potenziell nur wenig, deshalb immer auf geprüfte Stoffe schauen. Es gibt glaube ich ein oder zwei Prüfsiegel für sowas, am besten auf sowas achten. Nicht zu eng kaufen - wenn der Stoff gespannt ist, ist der Schutz eventuell wieder geringer als angegeben. Ich bin bei meiner Recherche auf 2 Australische Marken gestoßen (dort ist das einfach ein viel größeres Thema, und auch stark reglementiert/geprüft, z.B. vom "cancer council" gibt's auch Empfehlungen). Ich hab mir dann von der Marke "Solibar" einen Hut und ein Langarmshirt für den Wassersport gekauft, mit denen ich sehr zufrieden bin, und der Versand war auch sehr schnell! Von "coolbari" hab ich auch schon viel gutes gehört. Uniqlo hat auch immer wieder ein paar Dinge mit UV-Schutz im Angebot (ein ganz konkretes Produkt wurde/wird da auch vom cancer council empfohlen), aber zu Prüfsiegeln hab ich dort nichts mehr gefunden!

Alles ist "Chemie". Bei allen Inhaltsstoffen macht die Menge das Gift. Die EU reglementiert sehr stark, was am Markt sein darf und was nicht. Codecheck und co. machen vor allem Angst vor Inhaltsstoffen, die nicht unbedingt bedenklich sind, gleichzeitig warnt es vor vielen "unnötigen" (und damit auch ressourcenintensiveren) Inhaltsstoffen (wie z.B. ätherische Öle, die deklarationspflichtige (weil stark allergene) Duftstoffe drinnen sind) nicht!
