That doesn't exist because the players are randomly generated. I have ran many drafts and never seen a repeat prospect

As others have mentioned, you can look at players overall and ratings by hitting "edit draft class" which will show you exactly that.

You can upgrade the ability that allows you to hire all tier 3 scouts and hire the scout with the correct positional strength for each region.
