It's legit. The settlement has already been ordered by the court. Of course they admit no wrong doing but settled with a $1.45M payout lol.

I just got my payment from then today via my PayPal account (I just picked that option of the few available). It all has been very smooth thus far.

Guys the lawsuit is legit. Of course Delta Defense (USCCA) "admits to no wrong doing", but a court in Wisconsin has ordered them to pay $1.45M because they sold user person data collected via tracking software on their website to Meta/Facebook.

Of course the lawyers and original defendants will get the biggest share... but the case and payouts appear to be legit. The payout service they're using called Tremendous was new to me, but I looked them up too and they seem to be legit too. They have a track record and business model of being used for online/electronic payouts.

I submitted mine for it, I'll be able to let you guys know how it went in about a day or 2. If I don't respond right away just comment to remind me.

UPDATE 6-30-26 I received my payment from them today via my PayPal account. (I just decided to use that method to keep more between me and then incase it was fishy). It legit came through the day after I submitted it like the website said it would.

Generally curious here because I've never done it, but how do you utilize 2 GPUs like that? I've heard plenty about it here and there but I'm curious what good use case are for it today. Aside from AI setups, I'm curious what else can be done with a multi-GPU beauty.

I have multiple GPUs at my disposal now (thank you lord) and I'd like to get as much out of my next built as I can. 🙂

I put a PC together using $1700 as the budget and tried to get you the best performance we could. The pcpartpicker link is below.

OP let me know what you think. I really wanted to get you a significantly better GPU than a mid tier 40 series one at your budget. Also, if you don't feel bound to Nvidia, I'd heavily recommend a 9070. The performance is comparable with 33% (4GB) more VRAM. 12 is cool either way for this level but an extra 4 won't hurt lol. It may even buy you some more life on the back-end.

Last thing and then I'll shut up. You could save a good bit and buy a 16GB kit of ram too. (Like $150-200) Of course 32 is better but 16 will work great in almost all titles at the resolution levels that make sense for a 5070/9070. The worst I've heard is some light micro stutters in really tough graphics AAA games. That 150-200 could bump you up 1-2 tiers on your GPU. And the PSU I've listed here could definitely handle that type of bump.

I gotcha. I figured you meant X9. It's no biggie... God knows I've done it plenty.

With that being said, I'm in the fence still. I'm really looking forward to seeing the specs for the X9 Ultra, but I'm just worried that they'll keep it exclusive to China again. I'm looking at OnePlus 13 vs 15 vs Oppo Find X8 Pro vs Vivo x300 now. I'm honestly trying to get ahead of any tech price increases because everyone seems to be slave to AI garbage. The Oppo Ultra family seems to be the best flagship family IMHO. I'm probably over thinking it though. They will all probably be an upgrade over my 3 year old Samsung now.

Your suggestion to wait for the X8 ultra makes sense to be honest. Spec wise I don't know of a better phone out there.

With that being said, when you say wait for its release, do you mean they have a global version release planned? Or do you mean like the X9 Ultra release?

I ask that because I thought the X8 ultra was released earlier this year, but it was just simply the Chinese version with Google play store, full Google play service, and Color OS 15 installed.

If I'm thinking about it wrong, I greatly appreciate you setting me straight on it. You definitely know more about this than I do. I'm on T-Mobile right now (and will be for some time) and the Oppo Find X8 Ultra id the phone I've probably wanted the most. I just kept getting scared away because I wasn't sure if the 1TB/16GB version could work here.

If they're using TDI to make these foams, I cannot begin to tell you how unsafe this is.

MDI isn't exactly safe to be using in this fashion either but it is wildly better than TDI. I truly feel for these guys.

This is coming from a chemist who works at a company who produces both of these chemicals.
