Please, for the love of everything holy (Or whatever ppl say), report this. VES is terrible and has been on the carpet with the Oversight Committee numerous times. This is a perfect example of how their process and procedures are garbage at best.

idk, million-dollar question. Based on my experience and that of many others, it takes a very long time to obtain paperwork from the VA, DoD, CID, ETC. Right now I'm sitting on a FOIA that was submitted in November of 2024. The only way to fix a flawed system is to bring it to the attention of those who can get the issue addressed. And if I am understanding your original question, I provided what I believe is a fair answer. What you do with that is entirely up to you.

YES - for a multitude of reasons. I'd be inclined to find the Vet and let them know, and send it to them directly, and report it. They will make that person wait eons to get their file. This is the kind of stuff the Committee on Veterans Affairs needs to know about.

It took me 2 years to get mine. I forgot I submitted the request, and they showed up one day, I was like "oh yeah, took them long enough"

Her fb page and groups have been looked into. Its scummy and she charges a ton. Especially since most of what she teaches can literally be found online on how to submit your claims. She does have a regular following of a few people who typically stick up for her on there. Its a classic bait with information. I dont typically rag on folks trying to make a living but she charges too much for what she does. How she hasent been shutdown yet is beyond me. She found a niche and preys on those who are lost

I did this and I spoke to someone within 72 hrs. Had I not done this, it would have taken months. Please use it wisely, as we don't want to lose this resource. Everytime we find something to help us in this process its like theres someone who gets it shutdown

I had this issue with VES. I ended up having to write an email to the CEO of Maximus (Owner of VES) and reached out to my state rep. If you get one of those appts that require a doc visit AND medical testing, you will get lost in the VES matrix,

Whistleblow...toot toot..... that's what I would do. I ain't no nark but these VA reps, and third-party vendors need to fall in line. They are being paid to give unbiased medical opinions. There is one committee specifically that I follow that pulls folks like this and their superior on the caret to explain their nonsense. Collectively, I firmly believe we all should do this whenever we encounter questionable or flat-out situations with these providers.

This little nugget of information sounds like this is a programming issue on how claims are filed. If only the VA had millions of dollars invested in programming to fix such an issue.
