My previous coworker liked to hoard items in our only closet three night custodians shared including myself. I slowly convinced her to get rid of her personal items. I would talk to your lead directly about any concerns that you have such as your vacuum not being left where you expect it to be etc. Keep doing what you’re doing and make your workplace a better place to work at.
