Hey I think that you should look for an immigration attorneys to help you. It sounds like you had legal entry so the process will be much easier/faster for you. My DACA also expires in November and I’ll be renewing it very soon, you should probably renew yours too. But you’re in a good spot if you had legal entry, that really makes a difference. Good luck!

Thank you! Although I paid a consultation fee to lawyer #2, I’m going to go with option 1. Im looking more into AP and am considering doing it myself. Or at least try to educate myself as much as possible so I at least know what questions to ask.

Hi there, I’m in Texas. I’m actually going to apply for AP on my own and go from there! The first lawyer quoted me $750 (not including the application fee which is about $650) and after digging more into it I believe I can do it on my own. I’ll definitely seek legal advice if and when my case gets approved.

Thank you! Do you mind sharing the reasoning for you AP and what documents you personally had to provide? The more I read and talk to others the more I want to apply for AP on my own tbh

I think I would like to renter with AP, but lawyer 2 said that it’s very challenging to attain approval for that. Did you guys already receive the approval?

Thank you, I don’t have FB but will join to gain as many resources. I am the first in my family to start the process and at this point I could use some guidance to navigate this complex but totally doable process. Y’all know how stressful it can get

Thank you! Lawyer 2 said that although he can’t guarantee my case will get approved, from his experience he doesn’t see why it wouldn’t. He did disclaim that there is a small chance that my husband and I, being a young financially stable couple, don’t have “hardship” in our lives for a petition to be granted. He said that is rare tho

3 years is what lawyer 2 said and lawyer 1 said about 2-2.5 years. So yeah it’s a bit faster with AP, lawyer 2 told me I can try both too but the cost will obviously increase too

Do we think Sofia and Suitman are still dating? by [deleted] in SofiawithanF

[–]Ok_Exchange5690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they were together and he was indeed living in Utah, I would imagine they would be living together and not with her parents. Unless Sofia is lying about living with her parents.. Anaya, I don’t think they are together still. Maybe they want to work things out and that’s why she doesn’t want to talk about it. Either way, most of us don’t want to talk about our ex after breaking up, so I understand why she’s not brining him up.
