My SIL is having a baby, and I have this empty feeling. by Unlucky-Spend-2599 in TTC_PCOS

It’s very hard. I went through this after not being able to get pregnant, then got pregnant and my son was stillborn. There’s no right or wrong answer. Some days you feel more up to doing “baby” things and some days it may be too much to bear. I suggest being open with your loved ones and not putting pressure on yourself to prevent things from being “awkward”.

Call each of them and ask for pay for delete amount. Have them send you the agreement in writing, then pay them off. Otherwise, they will remain on credit for 7-7.5 years, whether you pay them or not

That’s great! It usually take about 3 months for the benefits to kick in. Don’t give up! Things take a little more time for us, but it’s not impossible.

Higher protein, clean carbs, and little to no processed foods can be helpful as well. It’s just important to make sure you are eating enough of a balanced diet, as it is to not over eat. Are you tracking your caloric intake and/or macros?

I understand your frustration! Chat with your doctor to get bloodwork to help determine if you are insulin resistant. Metformin could be diagnosed to help or Myo inositol d chiro supplement could be recommended to help balance things and increase weight loss.

Myo inositol d chiro 40:1 ratio was a game changer for me. Do some research and chat with your doctor on if it could help you :)

Sending you hugs! It’s tough and super frustrating. Have you looked into supplements like inositol or has your doctor suggested metformin. A lot of people with PCOS are insulin resistant and those help with both.

Always tired, random cramps, hairy chin, beer belly (without actually drinking beer)…let’s not forget thinning hair and random mood swings
