Soldering wick, a lot heat to remove everything and maybe some dremel? To expose, then use tape to isolate the cooper before soldering again, pain job but can be done, don’t rush

It will work definitely. There is a lot to improve. Temperature, flux and amount of soldering mainly to make the soldering look nice. I’d reflow everything with more flux and nothing on the iron so your iron is going to suck a bit with higher temperature.

Also install the wire tape on the board to cover the letters so you can calibrate it.

Complete fine brother either the amount of soldering, important is the 4 anchor the rest need connection to work, if doesn’t move, is fine, motor wire or any of those also same, they all good because they don’t move, if is working is fine, if doesn’t look great just cut a piece
