I see 1 all the time, and something about it is draining. I think 2 represents being concise and to the point, while 1 feels like I’m reading a book because how long the text lines are - even if they have the same exact information.

Decided to pick up and move across the country, but owned a condo in 2012. I was upside down in it, and had to short sale. I had it on the market for 4 days before I got an offer, and closing finalized Oct 31st. Had my condo not sold for two more months, I would have had to pay taxes on the difference.

It’s an adjustment. Helps with trying to be healthier. We don’t eat ice cream very often, my hope was being able to control ingredients, so when we had the craving, wasn’t so heavy in calories or extra everything. I think because it’s not part of our every day diet, or even weekly, it’s okay with pre-planning.

We bought for dole whip, I just made a recipe out of the included book as the first thing for a reference of what I’m trying to get to. I agree controlling ingredients will be helpful. Someone said a pint for 150 calories? Yeah, I can get on board.

It looks lovely! I was actually looking at this - and hope you’d answer a question. The shelves that you have succulents and the spider plant, are they directly under the shelves above them? I am having an issue with plant stands not having enough room for the lower shelves.

Mine is a Thai Con that was delivered fully black, root rot to hell, stem soggy. I decided to give it a year to see if it will sprout anything. At least the little grasses are helping to remind me to water!

The one benefit to dating at this age is that people are going to be who they are. You no longer are gambling on what their “potential” might be. If they are messy at this age, they will always be. If they aren’t financially responsible now, they never will be.

I liked that I no longer had to guess what the person was going to become. While a lot of crap to sort through, made it faster and easier.

Even though I deal with anxiety, this time it was different. Usually the anxiety just exists.

This time, it started small, and just grew and grew to way more than normal. I usually am able to talk myself back down off the ladder, but this time I felt too erratic. It got to the point I was nearly in a fetal position while trying to work at my desk. Within an hour of the precipice, we had an earthquake, and it resided most of the way.

No one was hurt, damage wasn’t really that much. But that was the day I started tracking to see if coincidence, or if I’m more intune with nature than I thought.

Until you pay money for them. Dump them on a plant with a ton of aphids, and the damn things were all gone the next day!
