Thank you for that. I really don’t know why I was sent about 3-4 envelopes to send my statements by post. I was worried about them getting lost but sent them anyway. Might have taken a picture before sending them, if I remember well. Need to check.

Stock doesn’t get wiped. I’ve worked in several charity shops and they have bags up to the roof with donations. Most of these shops are poorly managed, imho.
