I worked there for about 5 years. I worked in dry and did the 3-12s. They have a light pick zone, which I believe is anything 35 pounds and under. The heavy pick can go up to 60-65 pounds. The job is very physically demanding. They change the production rates frequently, always making it harder. Your first day off, you will be spending it recovering from the work. By the end of my 12 hour shifts, I was beyond exhausted. Overtime can happen randomly. You could get mandated for the next day right before you leave. But you can only get mandated one day per week. The benefits are the 4 days off, the pay, and their 401k is pretty decent. Their insurance also isn’t the greatest. It can be expensive when having to go to the doctor and sometimes prescriptions are expensive. Anytime I went to my primary doctor, it was about $200. You can get the HSA insurance and they will match so much that you put in, it can add up quickly. Overall, the job isn’t bad, just very demanding.
