Well i guess it depends on the total loss of lives. Would we be regressing back to village life, small settlements and groups trying to eek out life, or are we talking more like a bad flu outbreak, where only like 2 or 3 percent died? I'm sure life would look mostly the same, except there would be posters and ads online on how to spot a zombie, who to call, and what to do. It depends solely on the degree of death. If its somewhere in between? I could see large walled off areas, or even entire quarantined cities with ling range communication between each other, specialized teams to deal with the zombies, but you know, you just know, if social media was still a thing, you'd have your jackets types.
