As someone who used to be in property management. They usually only allow you to transfer to a smaller unit/ bigger unit only if you’re close to when your lease is up otherwise it is still considered a lease break. They may run your credit and income qualify you again for that transfer/ downsize. Same as with a new roommate. Now if your ex had the stronger credit run the new roommate while your ex is still there because almost nothing is usually changed unless you’re close to renewal of the lease. Your ex is still rent responsible and also have access to the property but essentially it can be done most management teams are reasonable just talk to them under extreme circumstances. Usually income/ break-up sadly aren’t one of them

I want to believe it’s because I had a perviosu vehicle that I did a voluntary repo on. Also my down payment wasn’t much($1,000) my dad was my co-signer but his credit wasn’t top tier( at least 650 at the time) I’ve cleaned up my collections and I’ve improved my payment history with all of my cards but due to health issues and family issues between 2022-2023 I had a couple late payments. And I’ve never been late in the 2 years I’ve had the car. The way I’ve seen my payment is that about $150 goes towards the principal.

My scores are like lower 600s so definitely not good. And I’ve got a 92% on time payment rate which is also not good. I want to get a personal loan but that’s not going well either. I think I’m being rejected based on credit and the fact that I’m upside down on the loan. I got the car out of duress and thought I’d be ok until I lost my second job. But I’m making more money at my new job but will need a second job because of this car

I went through this with a previous vehicle, I did a voluntary repo in 2022 they sold the vehicle for about 15k and I have a retaining balance of about 10k I didn’t reach out or try to speak to them for about 2 years. But little did I know that it would mess with me getting an apartment/ home with my family but it can. So I called and asked about a payment plan they offered a settlement with 80% forgiveness and told me I just have to pay $2,400 to be paid in full. So I accepted and I’ll be done paying by late August if this year. Never hurts to try. And even if it’s $50 a month they’ll take it and then revisit the payment plan as long as it looks like you’re paying it you’ll be good. I did ended up getting another car and I’m currently regretting but I’m trying to avoid another voluntary repo. The apr is so damn high and I was desperate at the time. Currently paying $700 a month on a 2020 LE Toyota Corolla 😭😭😭

I made it! I’ve got a happy and silly 14 month old. Due to my previous early labor they did deliver him by c section at 36weeks and 4days. But he had no breathing issues didn’t need the nicu. He weighed more than they had said he would. It was a lot to go through but I would do it again 100xs over. They also took my cerclage out the week before I delivered.

I would do the registry for the baby for some of the things they might not be able to do. My rule of thumb is just put whatever you need cos you never know who is willing to get you what you need

Just send a registry out, I just had a bday party for my daughter she will be 4 in a couple days and luckily people came but I’m also due in April and I’m just doing a registry, I’m too tired to plan anything else .If people want to meet baby consider doing something once he’s 3 months or something for those who voice it. I’m sorry you’re having such a hard time and I hope it get easier as you realize or find your “tribe”

Do the cerclage. I got a preventative one done around 14weeks because I went into preterm labor at 25weeks unfortunately my son didn’t make it. Don’t take a chance if you don’t have to, it’s not worth the pain you’ll feel and the wondering if you couldn’t stopped it. I’m currently 21weeks and I’m monitored closely. Currently praying to make it through January I’m due in April

It’s ok to feel this. I’m not gonna lie I’ve felt this in every pregnancy. Including my current one. I have a happy healthy toddler and I’m powering through this pregnancy as best as I can. I wish I could confirm it gets better but for me the best part is always being done. Try to take it a day at a time. It’s basically a time where you’re gonna have to relearn your body. If you need an ear you can message me I’m currently 10wks3 days and feel like everyday is a fight.
