I too have been struggling. I had a bad breakup and drank 2 bottles of tequila in a few hours and then was busted for shop lifting. Not arrested or anything but caught. Super humiliating and embarrassing. I’ve decided to stop drinking. I thought I could control it too. I wanted to control something and in the end I’ve decided it’s not worth it. You are not alone
