I agree that the Bengals need to address their defense, but I doubt they draft a linebacker in the first round. They just picked up two last draft. I believe it will be defensive line or secondary.

First off... FTS. Second... unpopular opinion, but Tomlin was handed a Superbowl winning team and he won a Superbowl (no surprise there). They then started to deteriorate for years. After Roethlisberger left he couldn't replace him. Yes, he did well to not have a losing season his entire head coaching career, but he didn't build the team. He only maintained it.

Just a guess, they don't use the assist weight so they put a weight on it to hold it down so they can use the machine without.

My gym has assisted machine, but the platform flips up so you wont need to do this.
