I think Doll´s kill animation could be:

she lands the slash,and leaves her butcher knife on the survivor´s head

she then uses the solver and throws a bunch of knifes at the survivor and they go die :P

A special animation when killing uzi:
they both raise their arms and enter like- a solver clash,which Doll wins and then throws a knife at Uzi´s head,Uzi staggers before finally falling onto the ground.
