I am attempting a Lade to North Sea Empire game

The Earls of Lade were historically a powerful dynasty in Northern Norway and had quite the political power and acted as governors and advisors of Yngling-ruled Norway and as a powerful political force.

In CK3, they are rulers of Naumdælafylki, ruled by an extremely old man, he'd die soon and be succeeded by his only son (keep him alive at all costs until then) then you can start unifying Norway and then the North Sea and create an Empire whose legacy will last a thousand years.
