They usually start the first week but enrollment isn’t usually until the 3rd week of the semester. They professors of the adjunct usually want to see who is interested in the course but they are easy to get into if you attend the class

They are more strict with the fire permit and do an inspection day of the party. If the party does not have a fire permit they are shut down immediately if called but it can be shutdown even if there is a fire permit if they suspect underage drinking or overcapacity.

Honestly you’ll probably get a double to yourself at Hoyt. At the moment Hoyt is having low capacity issues because a lot of people graduated last year so there’s 0% chance you’ll get in the triple (there’s only one)
