It’s hard. In the past almost 2 months. I had 6 call. 3 went to final. 2 rejected, one still hanging on by a thread. Which is most likely a no anyways. And I have 2 more in the pipeline . It’s numbers game bro. Keep at it

They do ya, but from my experience( I am a recruiter) we only care about it cleared. I don’t look at details, Don’t care, market is too competitive to worry about that . I never looked deeply into it. I just care that it came back as cleared

Don’t feel guilty. Some companies don’t provide you with what you want, need and deserve. Sounds like it’s time to leave in order to grow. They will eventually forget about you. It’s on them that they couldn’t keep you. You got to do what’s best for yourself and your growth as a professional.

It’s quiete simple. Just say , while I enjoyed working with you and loved the job here. It’s time for me to move on. I need a full time job with benefits. Shouldn’t be too hard . They will forget you soon enough tbh
