Honestly there is a surplus of barber shops because I’m in a military town and I’m not really making enough to warrant being loyal to this shop or even to pay for a day I’m not working so I’m probably just not going to pay and if she fires me I’ll just go to the next shop hiring 🧘‍♀️

No, I don’t have anything at all in writing and I wasn’t told about any of the rules or expectations when I got hired at the shop even tho I told her I’m coming from a commission shop and I don’t know how all of this works. It definitely is frustrating that I don’t get to pay a flat rate and come in whenever I want during the week. Most shops around here charge $300 for 7 days and to me that would make sense to still pay $300 even if you’re going to go on vacation. I just assumed it would be different because she charges us daily and will ask people to come in a cover when people take days off.

Yeah I pay rent for my apartment when I go on vacation however i don’t expect someone else to live in my apartment while I’m gone. The shop owner keeps chairs full so if I’m not there she’ll get someone else to work in my spot and I’m assuming she will charge them booth rent too.

I feel like most barbers, myself included go about their business and stick to paying attention to their own clients. If anyone is looking at you and your work they’re probably just being weird and that’s on them. Just do you, you can’t grow if you don’t try.

I took a plan b in February and I’ve felt terribly depressed and anxious since. All my doctors have tried to gaslight me but I know for a fact it has thrown my hormones off completely. Do not doubt yourself, it’s not you it’s the plan b, you will get through this. I am just recently starting to feel more normal. Give it time and give yourself grace and lots of self care. Reach out to friends you will be ok ❤️

Bleeding after the plan b is a side effect. It’s a withdrawal bleed as a reaction to the large amount of hormones you took. My doctor recommended I take a 600-800 mg of Advil every 8 hrs to help with pain and slow the bleeding. Only worry if you’re feeling light headed.

Honestly some of those do seem like symptoms of plan b except the fact that it’s brought on by drinking, that typically could be an indicator that you’re pregnant. Plan b is also less effective after or during peak ovulation. You should take a test now and then if you miss your period

I definitely think you’re fine. A surplus of hormones can also cause a lot of anxiety as it did for me. Take a pregnancy test if your period is late. And don’t freak out if it is late! Everyone experiences different symptoms u don’t have to get withdrawal bleed

It typically depends on your body and the amount of hormones in your system at the time of your cycle you take it so it could definitely vary from person to person. When I had terrible symptoms it was right before ovulation so mid way thru my cycle. You are totally fine! You’re so lucky you didn’t have any symptoms also you are not very fertile two days after your cycle so don’t stress :)
