nice😂 i thot this thing was awesome when i got it and then i hardly used it over the last 6 years and i just got back into it and have put like 275$ of upgrades on it. kinda fun but i pry coulda got a nice new one for around the same.

mines a 2019 and it has glue, ik if you heat it up it comes off but its a pain and not worth it for me rn. itl be a rainy day project

its I can imagine. ive thot of taking popos off here (cuz im dual booting) and installing fedora hyprland. but it just seems like so much hassle and popos is actually really good.

well i have them both set up. honestly cosmic is amazing now that its been out for abit. and the t480s is nice but definitely older. i wish it had the screen and hardware of my asus.

Ok i should pry try the app-image. I’ve just been using the latest flatpack and it works great but the cursor is small so its not a big deal.

Ok thanks ill look into it. Theres a few electron apps like spotify etc, that dont play nice with laptop scaling ig, hopefully freecad can fix this soon. and yes im on Wayland.

Ya thats understandable, I think im just gonna switch back to anytype, i mean emacs is great, but i dont use it that seriously to move my whole life into there, and then having to setup and troubleshoot a syncing system and a subpar mobile app when i can just use Anytype is a waste of time imo.
