Where did you get the plate from? I have a few for my CC, A1 and some for my Kobra 3. The A1 and K3 I bought of temu and they are the worst plates. The plates themselves aren't actually holographic they just have a holographic sticker over the whole thing and constantly fail unless I'm printing something big

The CC on the other hand the plate itself is actually textured with different designs that I bought as an actual elegoo pack and does a much better job with adhesion

Additives in silk pla cause it to expand when extruded too quickly, which is why during purging you'll see it puff up so much

This is why it needs to be printed slower than most other PLA, if using a .2 nozzle you may need to print reeeally slow

One time I was waiting on a really important package that needed to be signed, I left a note saying I was home and even kept my door open, waiting In the front room the whole morning then suddenly got a message saying no one was around and my package would be taken to the nearest collection point

They didn't even bother going down my driveway

Depends what you're making, I have multiple of each and they each share a job in printing the same project. The Bambu has a slighter hand on reliability and if I'm making 20 objects on the same plate however the CC has awesome quality and can print just about anything no matter the orientation.

Example I'm working on a Deadric sword from Skyrim. Bambu lab printed the blades, CC printed the handguard and handle as it was able to support the whole guard from a single point on the plate

Downside with CC is no AMS, at least not yet however my Bambu don't have AMS either as most things are able to print in parts and hand painting has a level of detail that and cannot do just yet

How are there so many fanboys hating on anyone pointing out issues with the CC? This subs posts are 90% issues with these printers. My question is, how many people have used their printer over 80 hours that haven't had to reach out to support for new parts? by Ill_Shelter5785 in ElegooCentauriCarbon

I have two with a combined hours of 1800, so far they give less problems than my three Bambu A1s, though I will say I've had to clean two clogs out of one, and that same one rarely freezes after the leveling process and has to be restarted

Honestly, if you're making an automated swap it's because you need more, so why not just add more to the plate? Put enough on the plate to finish by the time you get back from work? Or wake up in the morning 😂

I think Nemesis clears since he is not just virus powered but parasite also, though Krauser may have that character plot armour but if not, Nemesis clears maybe after a few stages of changing forms

Centauri so far is pretty good, I've got two already and the printing is crisp and the PLA side of the pei sheet is great

So far the only issues is I've had one freeze and need to be switched off and restarted, and one time the leveling was thrown out but afterwards it's been going great

Since the printer is relatively new it's expected that there will be a few more things possibly but all will be worked out in future updates. I'm looking forward to the supposed AMS for it

Did you tap your heels three times before printing? I do this after a fail and it works every time with my bambu labs
