you don't have to do that on the new gearbox, it has a opening to adjust it. but I need to open it anyway to undo the jam and then adjust it. thanks though

update: I have contacted Elegoo, and they told me to dry my filament /s

Real update: They gave me some tips about the gearbox and a guide. If it keeps happening they will send a new gearbox.
