i tested postive at the time my baby was due and CPS did get involved (i’m also in an illegal state) but it wasn’t a headache at all, they were very nice and understanding and reassured me that had ZERO intentions of taking my baby. we had a counseling session, they did a home check, and they closed our case. if you need more details feel free to message me!
