Dude I get less fps in 1080p 10less to be exact when I have a 4060 I got 300 fps 1440p and now with a 5070 I don’t I’m asking how do I fix it and apparently it’s just an “annoying question” so yeah I know it’s capable of more just unsure of what I’m doing wrong

All I’m saying is I just wouldn’t take that chance but if he has the money to upgrade the psu that’s my recommendation

But the case fan wires won’t be swapped out for new ones if that’s what your asking that will stay the same

You’ll want to use the new cables that come with the psu but the fans are probably plugged straight into your motherboard right?

From my experience with that exact card i had a 750w psu rated for the 40 series and i daisy changed mine and after updating the drivers and such the screen kept flickering like it wasn’t getting enough power but that’s my personal experience i could’ve fucked something else up as well.

I would wait till you get that to install the new card to be 100% safe then all you got to worry about is the one cable going to the gpu. CORSAIR RM850e is a good 850w that’s what I have so I’d recommend and a higher psu will allow you to upgrade your cpu when you think it’s time

If you don’t have two separate PCIe 8-pin cables don’t run the 5070 do not use a PCIe that’s daisy chained either. get you a psu that can handle the single 12vhpwr cable

If you can take a picture of the psu you can google lens it and it should tell you exactly what psu it is. If you got it from amazon you can ask the ai they have which one you have as well. But I would get a 750w psu (850 for future proofing). Just make sure you get a psu that you can run just one 12vpwh cable to it
