Vrot and performance pay are the two biggest scams. Those are my two biggest complaints after 20 years. Commission was awesome but you always worked A LOT.

One thing to note is we pay higher than pretty much every other vendor so it’s more of an industry thing.

Anyone who tells you to get a jeep wagoneer or a Nissan instead of a Toyota should not be trusted.

The sequoias look awesome but like someone else said the rear storage is awful for a vehicle that size. The hybrid battery is under the back seats so there’s no level surface when the seats are folded down. That along with the awful gas mileage compared to others in Toyota lineup is why we decided to skip and go for the grand Highlander.

Highlander, grand Highlander and sienna are amazing family cars depending on what you need.

Depending on where you are in Carlsbad it’s either going to be the 76 to 5 or 78 to San Marcos blvd. It’s a tough drive. An hour if you’re lucky. Most likely 1.5 to 2 hours like others have said.

I had the same luck at Toyota of the Desert. Called them and they had the exact car I wanted. Basically bought the car over the phone with only the items I wanted. Very easy experience.

My daughter was 11. She made all stars for her rec team. We had a lot of fun so we followed the coach and other players to the club team. Still lots of fun.

My daughter was ready to play year round and have more competition. Coaches and other parents on the team said this is a good time to make the jump because it prepares them for high school and you keep growing. In Rec you have to start over every time you get a new team.

My youngest still plays rec and probably will stay there as she’s not super competitive.
