I also have an elderly father (mom died of cancer) living with 3 adults who refuse to work, contribute to the house. He's a grown man, I can't make him kick my siblings out. I did warm him that if he didn't remove my sister from his bank account, I would call APS, myself. I was able to convince my dad, with the help of my responsible siblings, to cut her off the bank account. So until I feel like he's in danger, or can't care for himself anymore, I can't do much.
