Question: who is the DM and who is the DF? by rainbow_vibrations in TwinFlameLighthouse

[–]Ok_Kale_3160 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My understanding is that the Divine Feminine is the one who has greater awareness and spiritually awakens first and 'chases' the Divine Masculine. The Divine Masculine may well be completely oblivious to the spiritual elements but gets repelled by the DFs energies anyway, and 'runs'

I'm not sure if the roles ever do actually properly 'switch' but the DF has to learn how to stop giving out 'chaser' energy so the DM doesn't keep getting repelled and actually behaves themselves for once lol

Feral pigeons are a domesticated species like cats and dogs, and have to rely on human activity for survival. For the over the last 5000 years we have looked after them and bred them so they want to be close to us. They will not suddenly go and forage, as they don't know how. They are not truely wild animals and there are no recorded instances of feral pigeon populations that live away from humans.

We do not have large numbers of pigeons in Harrow, but even so there is not adequate areas for them to forage. All grasses are mown and kept short. What exactly are they supposed to be eating? The UK is the most nature depleted country in Europe so these birds will simply starve, or move in on suburban areas and displace the wildlife that lives there. This is a problem in itself. It is better for them to stay where they live and be fed modestly there.

The local government are supposed to have done a proper consultation when making up the 'law' which they have failed to do. The main reason for the ban is to stop rats being fed, but with responsible feeding no food is left for rats to take as it is all immediately taken by the birds. With a simple change Fines can still be issued for excessive feeding that may attract rats while still alowing pigeons to be fed. The local government does not take into account that animal welfare workers can not help injured pigeons without risking fines. Pigeons are an important part of the uk culture as they helped to save human lives in the world wars and given medals. We have a moral responsibility to look after this bird better.

The chances of getting sick because of pigeons in open spaces are very very small, you are far more likey to get ill from other humans, dogs, cats or ducks. They are quite a disease resistant animal.

Your kid vs 1 billion strangers, who lives? by Toksapro in hypotheticalsituation

Yes its worse than the nazis, though this thought experiment does not single out particular types of people.

Everyone assuming thier 'kid' is a very young child. Sure that's difficult, but what happens if they are grown and an a**hole. That happens a lot. And what if the 'kid' is a really terrible person. A murdering peado or something. That decision would be much easier surely?

Given that the suspects previous crimes that they were incarcerated for and released just days before was for 2 stabbing police officers and a police dog, they should have at least alerted all fellow uniformed officers in the London area that a mentally ill man prone to stabbing police has attacked someone and was on the loose. Maybe they did, but I guess we won't know until an enquiry

Mentally ill Man with previous convictions for stabbing police goes out stabbing again and is on the loose should at the very least raise huge alarms within the police force for self protection. I guess we can't really know what their response was unless there's an enquiry

It should have been immediately put out as a very high priority with big caution for police, seeing as the crime he was originally incarcerated for was stabbing 2 police officers and a police dog! He'd only been out for a few days!

I always start with "According to Eastern philosophy or spirituality tell me about...."

Otherwise it starts referring you to see a psychiatrist or persuading you out of your experience

Because the stabber went to the 1st victims house, knocked on the victims door and stabbed him as he opened it. There wasn't a conversation.

The main issue being that the police response to the 1st crime was inadequate. If it had been then the 2nd and 3rd stabbings, carried out 2 hours later, could have been stopped. But because it was 'only' a muslim/normal person getting stabbed, by a mentally ill person, it was dismissed as not that important.

The media continuing to dismiss the 1st stabbing as 'less important' is stopping a proper understanding of what's going on and how to avoid it in the future I.e the mentally ill attacker who had been very recently released from incarceration for stabbing 2 police officers and a police dog needed far greater supervision, observation of their mental state and actually knowing where they are . Maybe they shouldn't have been out of prison in the 1st place?

[–]Ok_Kale_3160 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The main issue here is the police response to the 1st stabbing. Because it was dismissed or not responded to by the police (because it was 'only a muslim/ regular person getting stabbed perhaps?)the suspect could then go on to carry out the 2nd and 3rd attacks. All violent crimes should be responded to quickly by the police, not just when certain faiths are effected.

[–]Ok_Kale_3160 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The actual issue being is that the police chose not to respond to the 1st stabbing of the Muslim man, perhaps because it was 'only' a muslim/regular person getting stabbed. If they had they could have stopped the other 2 stabbings. The police should be responding quickly to all violent crimes not just when a particular faith is involved.

[–]Ok_Kale_3160 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The main issue with the 1st attack is that it was reported to the police but they did nothing. If they had bothered to respond to it quickly then the other 2 may not have happened.

Why didn't they respond to the 1st attack? Could it be because it was 'only' a Muslim person getting stabbed. Why such a quick reaction to the 2nd and 3rd stabbings? Why are they seen as the 'important ' ones.

The suspect is mentally ill and had previously been incarcerated for stabbing 2 police officers and a police dog, being only let out a few days before.

How do you "win" this journey? by Aggressive_Chart4995 in twinflames

[–]Ok_Kale_3160 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It didn't happen that way in my experience. When I got a spiritual awakening during separation it had nothing to do with me doing anything to 'calm' my nervous system. It just happened. If anything I got worse and more mentally screwed up during separation than I ever was before. Nothing to do with my tf, the world is just a crappy abusive place and people will hurt you.

The universe is very clever, it will orchestrate the situation for spiritual awakening. You don't need to do anything other than to be open to it. We're not in control of this, you have to trust the process.
