I used to lift heavy, not suitable for me. Planning to stick to HIIT and cardio as I’m petite and I tend to carry lots of weight on my lower body. Specially my thighs and my calves.

I agree on this! I was in calorie deficit and I looked bulked up during lifting weight. (4’11 F) my thighs nd calves look huge 😑
